Application Process
- If you have August applications, please provide the telephone number where the sponsor can be reached during the summer months, not the school or agency phone number.
- Once Teen Institute receives the application, an information packet complete with acceptance letter, invitation to a parent orientation, parental consent form, medical form, things to bring list, and directions to Alton Jones will be sent directly to the PARTICIPANT.
- The application process is complete only when Teen Institute receives the consent and medical forms from the participant.
*Sponsors, please let youth know that they will receive the information packet from RI Teen Institute after we have received their application.
* If you have August applications, please provide a telephone number for T.I. to follow up as many sponsors are unavailable during the summer months.
